{FORT WALTON BEACH - A homeless man who was sleeping against a church door with a can of beer in his hand was arrested for trespassing.
On June 30 a Fort Walton Beach Police officer was performing a security check of the 1st Presbyterian Church on Beal Parkway when he found the 57-year-old man sleeping against the doors to one of the church halls. He was in possession of an open can of Steele Reserve beer.
The man was roused. As he gathered himself, the officer checked and found the man had been issued a trespass warning for the church. He was arrested.}
