SEATTLE -- A Washington man accused of shooting his ex-wife to death during a counseling session at a Federal Way church has been charged with first-degree murder...Parsons is accused of killing 38-year-old Carol Parsons on Wednesday at Calvary Lutheran Church in the Seattle suburb.
